Koh Samui Easy Divers!
We are a PADI-Five Star IDC-Centre, which means that you can do almost
every PADI Dive Course – from Discover Scuba Diving all the way up to
the Instructor Development Course, we’ve got it all in our program!
Our dive school is well established here on Koh Samui – founded in 1987 and
run by an international management.
 Our
dive operation offers a large training centre at Lamai Beach with fully
computerized and air-conditioned class rooms, a swimming pool, where you
can experience your first breaths underwater in a relaxed and safe
environment and of course our own boat, the
M/V Seastar, which
takes us easily and comfortably to all our amazing dive sites in the
Gulf of Thailand.
The
M/V Seastar allows us
to offer you a unique diving experience and the relaxing atmosphere on
the boat guarantees for an enjoyable day. There is no need for a ferry
transfer and we can avoid crowded dive sites easily.
The dive sites offer easy diving conditions, the currents are usually
mild, visibility between 5 to 30 m and the depths are ideal for
beginners as well as for experienced divers.
 There is a lot to see
at our dive sites of course – the warm tropical waters of the Gulf of
Thailand offer a rich aquatic life and an underwater landscape full of
variety and adventure.
Our top quality well maintained Scuba Equipment guarantees for your
safety and comfort during your dive.
Safety is our strongest concern – but you still won’t miss any fun! We
dive in small groups of maximum 4 divers to one highly professional
Instructor or Dive Guide, so they can focus clearly on the needs of
every diver. Even if you are travelling without a ‘dive buddy’, you still
can join us and dive with one of our groups.
If you are interested in going one step further and become a
professional diver you are more than welcome to join us. Divemaster
Courses and Instructor Development Courses are run frequently – contact

Easy
Divers Koh Samui Goes ECO with the Project AWARE Go ECO Operator
Campaign
Easy Divers Koh Samui
is
the latest PADI dive centre to be awarded with Project AWARE Go ECO
Operator status in 2006.
Project AWARE Foundation, the dive industry’s leading non-profit
environmental organisation, launched the Go ECO campaign into the Asia
Pacific region in 2005. The main objective of Go ECO is for dive
centres to minimise their impact on the aquatic ecosystem whilst
contributing to environmental, economic and cultural conservation.
Dive centres are required to meet best practice environmental guidelines
and commit to the Project AWARE Go ECO philosophy.
“Koh
Samui Easy Divers’ is delighted to be awarded with the Project AWARE Go
ECO Operator status for 2006. As a Go ECO Operator we are
committed to providing dive experiences that enhance visitor awareness,
appreciation and understanding of the local aquatic environment,” said
Marita Fassbender, Course Director and Branch Manager of Easy Divers.
Joanne Marston, Coordinator, of Project AWARE Asia Pacific added, “We
are pleased to recognise Easy Divers Koh Samui as a Go ECO
Operator. We look forward to working with them to implement
environmental best practices and educate tourists about how they can
travel responsibly.”
Go ECO
Operators also demonstrate a commitment to conservation and pledge to
follow the Go ECO Operator guidelines.
